Grilled Fish Recipe

Ingredients:

500g – 800g salmon fillet

Coarsely ground black pepper

T tablespoon chopped dill

 

Instructions:

1 – Sprinkle fillet with black pepper.

2 – Place on a rack with dripping tray and broil at 400F for 15-20 minutes.

3 – Add chopped dill on top.

 

4 – Enjoy with potatoes, pasta, rice or garlic bread.
