Ingredients:
2 Bagels (any type)
50-100g sliced deli meat
25-50g sliced or shredded cheese
1 sliced tomato
2 lettuce leaves
Mayo
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1 sliced avocado
Instructions:
1 – Slice through the middle of the bagels.
2 – Add a layer of deli meat to one half of each bagel.
3 – Add a layer of cheese on the deli meat.
4 – Toast for approximately 5 minutes or until golden brown.
5 – Spread a layer of mayo on the empty side of the bagels.
6 – Top with tomato slices, avocado and lettuce.
7 – Enjoy!
